- Products that are damaged or used (unless defective) are not eligible for a return or refund.
- Items purchased during sales or promotional events may be subject to specific return conditions (please refer to the promotion details).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some products are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:
- Personal care items (e.g., razors, toothbrushes, air purifiers with filters).
- Opened or used electronics (unless defective).
- Gift cards or certificates.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Please provide your order number, the reason for your return, and any other relevant information.
Return Instructions: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (if applicable).
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. Please send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure it reaches us.
Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect the condition of the product. You will be notified about the status of your return, and the refund will be processed accordingly.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is processed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the replacement item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
