      • Domestic Orders (USA): The cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight and size of your order, as well as the chosen shipping method. You will be shown the shipping cost during checkout before you complete your purchase.

      • International Orders: For international shipments, shipping costs will be calculated based on your delivery location and the size of your order. International shipping fees and customs duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless there is an error with the delivery or the item is damaged in transit.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to track the progress of your shipment. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your package directly on the carrier’s website.


6. Shipping Restrictions

      • Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses for some shipping methods. Please ensure you provide a valid street address when completing your order.

      • International Shipping Restrictions: Certain countries may have restrictions on certain products (e.g., hazardous materials, electronics, or perishables). We reserve the right to cancel any orders that cannot be shipped to your location.


7. Lost or Damaged Items
